Have people forgotten that we hire a head coach and not a manager?

Alan Irvine is the main reason Everton did so well under Moyes. He is also the man who would of taught the likes of Rooney, Barkley, Rodwell, Coleman, Stones and that is just the youth players they've brought through. There aren't many better coaches around and Tim Sherwood did nothing to impress me at spurs, he had one of the best defences in the league and they leaked goals left, right and centre.

Pathetic.
