It depends. If she works at a care home for the disabled then she might have.

Impossible. This could never happen. He was in a Uruguay shirt so there is no way they can punish Liverpool. Their American lawyers will have a field day with them. There's no precedent for this and FIFA won't want Liverpool digging up their shady history.
