Ray, our constant pressure led to mistakes by your defence. Your pressure unfortunately led to a mistake by the ref. That's lucky.
"Mills was off balance so he put his hand down. The ball rolled into his hand. handball every time. Pretty obvious really."
Unbelievable. FIFA Law 12: a free-kick or penalty will be awarded if a player "handles the ball deliberately (except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area)".
The referee was incompetent, which yes, prompted Schmeichel to act like a clown. But let's not kid ourselves that anyone but the referee was responsible for the final result.

Ah yes 'plastic fans' and the inevitable 'we only hate derby' garbage.
I think we shall leave it there before I have to see anymore gimpy chat from you. The 'European cups' are just a few posts away....
This bin robber whining is so pathetic really.
I know the rules for handball you simple minded planks.
So by your logic, a defender could just fall on the ground blocking the goal while covering his face or looking away from the ball, and if the ball were to hit this defender that is out of control and flailing in front of the goal, it wouldn't be a penalty. Complete and utter rubbish and you know it. A defender must know where he is and maintain control especially when he is in the box. Mills didn't. Simple. But go ahead and blame the referee if you must.

Doc Fox after being at the game today i have to say i am delighted with a draw and admit you were robbed though the ref was poor for us too on occasions.
Coming from South Notts i feel the Leicester Forest Derby is a big game and is equal to the Derby fixture, and yes unfortunately the Sarcastic Ray keeps embarrassing himself with the same old droning of his sarcy voice, i doubt he even ever goes to any of our matches at the City ground.
Oh dear Raymond it seems your own fans think your a bit of a bore aswell.
It wasn't a shot. It wasn't a goalscoring opportunity. It wasn't heading towards goal. It wasn't even in front of goal. There were no Forest players anywhere near which Mills may have been impeding. The keeper was about to pick it up. Mills was clearly looking the wrong way. It wasn't deliberate. It wasn't hand to ball.
You know what you're right - in retrospect I can't possibly imagine what justification there could've been for not giving it.
Sorry, TTT, but plainly you do not in fact know the handball rule.
Read carefully: a free-kick or penalty will be awarded if a player "handles the ball deliberately". In your own words, "Mills was off balance so he put his hand down. The ball rolled into his hand." That could almost be a quote from the appeal we shall I trust be making.
Not sure why you are finding it so difficult to accept that the referee made an absurd error, and gifted you a point. It happens to us all. We're sore because we feel the final result was, in consequence of that error, grossly unjust. You may disagree - but that's another argument.
There is only one word to descirbe that game:
Karma
For the last 30 mins lecister players were falling over if a slight breeze hit them resulting in more drop kicks that a karate contest, with clean jumps for headers and tackles resulting in your players lying on the floor holding their legs. We spent the other half of the time watching your team discuss over dinner which one would take a throw in. Ive never seen such bad time wasting.
Not sure if the penalty should have been or not, and the sending off of your goalie might of been harsh but with how well we played in the last 25 i can say we at least earned that point for effort.
How is Kasper settling in?
Agree Monkey, last 25 we were Awesome
shame we didn't show any of it in the 1st half!
Sorry, TTT, but plainly you do not in fact know the handball rule.

Whine all you want, you dirty little bin robbers. I know you lot are so mad at what happened and I would be too. Just, I would be frustrated with my own team for letting that game slip out of our fingers rather than blaming the referee for our own mistakes. I understand that you looked the better team, but that is football. So all of you come on our boards throwing your toys out of the pram. It was is and always will be a handball. The appeal will never, ever be overturned. I understand it stings a bit, but you lot need to buck up and go out and spend some more of that cash your owner so freely tosses around. Maybe just maybe, if you are lucky, you can buy yourselves another draw when we visit bin robber stadium later this season.
What a sappy little gorm you are tricky.

Dear me, you are excitable, aren't you, TTT? And rather abusive? The only toys I can see are coming from your direction.
Do try to calm down. Then when you are feeling nice and quiet, go read the rules, and do think really really hard about the word "deliberate". Then you will understand. Maybe.
Give it up tricky - You're coming across as a right cad sunt now - The decision was botal tollacks and you know it
a point isnt bad against notts forest..think we all would of taken that before kick off. most encouraging is we are starting to play and gel. and no one can survive 10 men against 12. so i recon i feel better than this time last week
I had to listen to the game at work. But regarding the penalty, was it a goal scoring oppurtunity? If it was, even if accidental its a penalty.

You are a thin skinned little cry baby aren't you. I am perfectly calm and happy about the result today, but I guess I'm throwing a tantrum because I'm so damn happy. Look, I thought we were done in that came, as any one with eyes and a brain could see. We managed to scrape a point at your expense and I'm over the moon about it. So lets not get confused here. I'm not on your boards crying about a referee decision.
