Arsenal signing Agger would be equivalent to us signing Vermaelen. A guy who's pretty good on the vall but can't actually defend. Stay clear unless you're husr trying to beef up your squad
Agger has been great for us but injuries appear to have taken their toll a little bit. He seems to struggle against strength and gets beaten in the air a little more than he used to. Still good on the ball though.
Think he'll leave us and English football. Think he could still do a very good job in a slightly less physical league.

Agger does not defend very well. He's a weak link who defends competently at best - on a good day. You can rely on him far more to hit a shot from 40 yards than to block one from 10 yards.
I've only saw him at this World Cup but Gonzalez from Costa Rica has impressed me. He hasn't put a foot wrong in 5 games despite facing the like of Uruguay, Italy and Holland.

Yes great teams, that would sum up Agger's defensive acumen, or lack of it. He's not a great reader of the gane, he's not physically imposing, he's not reliable. But undeniably his biggest weakness is that ehen people discuss what he's actually good at, they'll rank tattooing above his defending. And rightly so
No way they'd sell to us. They're still bitter over the genius of the +£1 bid from last summer
genius that....helped suarez realise what a joke outfit you are and stay
Yeah. Like he decided to stay out of his own accord.

well, if he really wanted to join you he could have refused to play and forced the move. he didnt and you ended up looking like a joke outfit

Not really. Arsenal once again didn't want it enough. If Arsenal decided to take it to court I'm certain Suarez would be up for it. He has record for doing it as well in Holland.
As for us looking like a joke. You sure about that? We weren't that ones that were crying. Haha
I never mentioned positioning. I questionex his abilitu on pretty much everything else but I didn't question his pisitioning. So it's bizarre that you homed in on that. Regardless, he's a guy who has a good reputation as a defender, whilst never actually being a good defender. Some mugs will take him off your hands, I just think arsenal and any tram with aspirations to be a top side should stay clear
Agger is a good defender. Weak on set pieces, but that's a coaching thing.
In a good set up, he could thrive.

Emre Can should actually sure up our midfield a little bit.
Still think we should sign him. £5M and Brondby will bend over.
