And i use to like Johnathan Agnew.. Even hes gone down the chute. ego as got to him too
Don't mind Vaughan. Prefer someone who tries to be controversial than someone boring and dire like Strauss.
Vaughan is way better than the misery of listening to Atherton, Gower, Knight and Colville.
Give me Lloyd, Beefy, Hussain, Boycott, Tufnell, Ward and Vaughan over those any day.
I much prefer listening to the TMS team.
Ian botham is useless. they shoulda never have gotten rid of Bob Willis. but then again he says it how it is. and thats a no no.
Nick Knight is just well pointless.
Vaughans alright, but he just doesn't know when to stop... Also, as a former captain he needs to have a bit more class.. Showed a lot of disrespect to Sri Lanka in last series, some comments were uncalled for... Atherton is miles ahead of anyone else
Vaughan is fine, but a touch smug. Botham lacks the personality on TV he had as a cricketer. A bit like Alan Shearer, great player, but dull as dishwater as a pundit.
A commentary box with blowers, boycott, the great Benaud, and Willis! Shane Warne is excellent too.
Can't stand Botham commentating: so contrite, smug & aloof; always lambasting captains/umpires for poor decisions, Vaughan is okay in small doses, Gower & Atherton are sleep-inducing. Boycott blows hot & cold, but is certainly worth listening too more than Botham.
Willis, Benaud, Holding & Bumble are (were) all class acts behind the microphone, that these modern-day pretenders still haven't fathomed.
I like Vaughan, and I like Botham. They both tell it like it is. Strauss is a bit too smug and establishment. Boycott and Bumble are great, as well as Swann and Tufnell.

I agree, I wont listen to swann for that reason.
like vaughan...athers..beffy....bumble is a ledge.
tbf...i dont dislike any of them....and cricket comms is far better than football comms.
boycs is class too...and blowers and all that crowd.
on the football...lawro was the best thing about the world cup final....
Bumble is entertaining in a clownish way. Does not say much that is intelligent or knowledgeable.
Botham sounds like those Republicans in the deep southern states of USA.
Boycs reads and interprets the game well, but gets stuck on a certain theme and keeps harping all day.
Vaughan, Husain and Atherton are not too shabby.
We need more commentators like Ian Chappell.
Robbie, Boycott never goes one day without mentioning unconvered pitches.
Old age, England. People tend to get stuck on the theme of good old glory days.
