I used to think the media was pronouncing Jose Mourinho ar$eways. They always called him 'Joe-sey' but I always thought it was 'Ho-sey'....
Turns out I was wrong. That's how they say it in Portugal
This article is clearly about RAP!!
Wild
It does sound incorrect but yes Portuguese pronounce 'J', as opposed to Spanish...

Cleverly and not Cleverley, especially went United fans do it!

Oh, and it annoys me when people say 'Went' instead of 'When'

Joe Kinnear was the best
charles Insomnia - the following day Insomnia asks for a transer
Ginola had a couple of different pronounciations.
Most commentators calling Lionel Messi - "Leo-nel Messi" - it's a well known fact that he is named after Lionel Richie.
It used to annoy me when Jamie Redknapp used to call Jose Bosingwa - "Boss-winger"
Not a mispronunciation as such, but my mate keeps referring to Sturridge as "Dean". All the time. Every time.
