He was superb all night, oozes class.

Though it's against LA, this is the kind of football I haven't seen since Ronaldo and Tevez left.

This is against a team playing in mid season

Wow Herrera was very good. Made Ashley Young look like Alexis Sanchez for those last two goals... add Vidal and Hummels and title doesn't seem too far fetched.

I remember rewatching Bilbao game clips against man utd but Herrera performance when we signed him and realised he was the reason we were getting ripped apart as he won the ball ran with it and set up dangerous attacks.

A big thing about the 7-0 win is unlike SAF teams Van Gaal is not sentimental, remember 11/12 season we beat wolves 5-0 down to 10 men and SAF ordered his players not to go for the kill and score more, in the game against qpr 2-0 win against 10 men SAF was just focusing on getting 3 points, I remember watching that game thinking we missed a golden opportunity to bring up the goal difference and chelsea later smashed qpr while we just passed up opportunities.
