Third party(which is out of the player's hand) could be the sticking point, that has delayed the announcement/confirmation.
Third party ownership needs banning.
Don't City have a net spend limit of £50m this summer as part of their FFP penalty??
How does this work?
Does it include all spending or just the CL squad?
Is it just this window or does it include Jan as well?
If your current spending goes over £50m clubs would know your are desperate to sell, and would offer you stupid money for your players knowing you had to sell.
Our current spending wouldn't go over 50 million with this signing though.

Ok, I must admit I haven't paid that much attention to what you have spent and you got Sagna for free didn't you.
I take it then unless you sell and buy like for like money wise that is your business done for the summer. Not a bad bit of business you seem to have strengthened the areas you needed too.
Do you know if this includes the Jan window as well? as this would stop you re-enforcing in case of a long term injury
That I'm not so sure about but logically the January window would also fall into that.
Mangala is a top top player and is younger then me.
Probably less of a statto too!
Danny Welbeck and de gea are older then me and so is Eden Hazard
Cristiano Ronaldo won the champions league at a similar age to me
