Not really Prankster. Rosberg retired three times last season due to reliability issues, whilst Hamilton's only retirement was due to collision damage.
Nobody said how "unlucky" Rosberg was last season, or made up any conspiracies then. It's just the way things even out over the seasons.
last year was different, they weren't going for the championship
Also, well done Sauber. 7th & 9th. That's bloody impressive considering where they've been this season.
Oh Raikkonen. There's the man that'll be taking your job.

I don't want to hear another quote from Rosberg about consistency. I would however like to watch him fight through the field a few times.

Also remember the horrendous reliability issues that Schumacher had in 2011. Most F1 teams struggle to build both cars with equal reliability.
Looking back, in his Championship winning year, Hamilton didn't retire once due to reliability, but Kovalainen had 4 retirements due to car failure. Obviously that didn't affect the intra-team outcome much as Kova was kack, but if he'd just taken 1 more point off his team-mate, it'd all have been different.
Whilst I am a Hamilton fan, there's a lot more to F1 than him. We still have an interesting sesion and a race on the horizon
*Of course, Kova could have taken more points off of Massa too, which would have allowed Hamilton to win more comfortably.
Funny enough, these retirements help Hamilton's rep as people can say if he didn't have themhe would be streets ahead.
Still a long way to go in the championship
