incidently, Hamas actually won its majority rule over Gaza by using violence in 2006, that tells you all about Hamas.

One thing is for sure, sympathy for Israel will have all but disappeared and Jews of all persuasions will suffer because of these Zionist actions.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Like all muslims because of a few terrorists?
One thing is clear, the arab world is the biggest threat to world peace.
Conquistadors? Don't even know what you are talking about to be honest, maybe you would prefer it if South American nations continued terrorist activity as well, to change? Thats right, absolutely nothing.

Who gives a fek about what happened in 1947 now? Attitudes have changed throughout the Arab world now. Hamas have said peace can only happen once the illegal blockade ends. Any other ceasefire is a whitewash to them. It just allows Israel to continue ethnic cleansing behind closed doors.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If Hamas can prove that they're ready for peace then I'm sure the Israel would love to make peace.
You're not suggesting they'd rather kill Palestinians?

But there lies the problem.Hamas are weak and can't dictate terms. It has to negotiate or keep trying to fight a war it can't win.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
While the public eye is on Gaza that is there only opportunity to get peace and the end of this blockade apartheid. If they signed the earlier ceasefire nothing would have changed. Israel would continue doing what they wanted with no international pressure.
Theres been ceasefires already and hamas continued to fire missiles before the ground invasion.

People need to look beyond Hamas for a start.
Palestine would be far better served under another leadership, not one which bullied its way to power through fear.
Hamas step down, war ends once and for all.
Hamas carries on, nothing will ever change, thats is clear and apparent to anyone with a brain cell.

As a colonial power, we wrote the book on labelling native uprisings as 'terrorists'. We've even had to make a number of grovelling apologies with the passage of time.

We all know Israel wouldn't agree to lift any blockade if it means going back to 06 when Hamas violence and suicide bombs killed several Israelis.

just a snippet for those who don't want to read it all.
In mid-May 2007, clashes erupted once again in the streets of Gaza. In less than 18 days, more than 50 Palestinians were killed. Leaders of both parties tried to stop the fighting by calling dozens of truces, but none of them held for longer than a few days.
By most accounts, Hamas performed better than Fatah in the second round of fighting. Some attribute this to the discipline and better training of Hamas's fighters as most of the casualties were from the Fatah faction

I am pretty sure hamas would love to end this conflict but any peace agreement is torn up by Israel. Sorry but there's no way this war will ever end. Israel has one aim and one aim only and that is to end Palestine. Hence the targeting of children.
Several of Israeli leaders in past have been quoted that their aim is to finish of Palestinians so Israel gets the land.
Saw this the other day.
What would happen if Israel announced it would never fight again?
It would be destroyed by its neighbours within a week.
What would happen if the muslim world announced it would never fight again?
Peace.

that argument would be great, but for one thing, the evidence that israel has no interest in crushing other nations, hence its agreement to the divided state in the first place, followed by its handing back of the sinai peninsula after Egypt acknowledged its error and agreed to a truce.
Most murderous governments, at the very least, allow their victims the option of running away. That's why we have the UNHCR.
