I feel sorry for Forest fans.
It is only changing to The Kuwaiti City Ground, we are not getting rid of the City Ground name.
No, it cant possibly be right because the sheep said we are going bust......winkers!
Dam it I forgot about that Woody.
Apparently it was from some Kuwait sports journalist on Radio Nottingham and they've Tweeted on the back of that. It's either a total wind up or lost in translation somewhere, no way that figure can be accurate.
I hope it is. After the sheep went mad saying they were getting £8 million for a complete name change, imagine their faces if they knew we were getting £500 million for a slight name change
I'm not really bothered what their opinion is on the matter, it's always bitter one way or another. One of their fans is worrying , he suggested the FA need to look at it if it happens
ridiculous is a buggér to spell as well.
Thank you Stret's
Where would I be without you?
I did have to type it out quickly is my excuse
666 will be suicidal if this is true. His boyfreind is gonna go through hell.
It's obviously not true as any Name Change or Sponsorship deal has to be a reasonable valuation for the contract and term of that contract ... unreasonable valuation of a sponsorship contract is what Man City were guilty under under UEFA FFP rules.

I think it is morel ikely that we will get £500 million then the broadmarsh being done up!
Radio Nottingham have had The Kuwaiti Journalist on, although a little hesitant and stuttered in his conversation did say that discussions were at a Ministerial stage of Gov't and that the deal could be concluded within 10 days and then the BIG one..
Andy Whittiker: 'How much money are we talking about'?
Journalist 'We are talking a lot of money, something like Half a Billions Pounds over the next 10 years'
Whittiker: 'Can I just clarify what you just said, Half a Billion Pounds, £500m'?
Journalist 'Yes yes, no figures have been made public yet but it could be as much as £500m'
If we was to conclude a deal to sell the rights for ten years then a sensible thing to do would be to have the deal as x amount in Championship, then increase if we got promoted. Still that figure is too high, even if stuff is not signed and sealed yet
Do they just love Fawaz or is there a catch?
How much do Man U make from sponsorships just to get a comparison?

Can we have season tickets for free next year as well ?
"are you sure it was 500 Million Kuwaiti Dinar?"
That would make it over £1 billion
Andy Whittiker's interview:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p022whlj
About 2 hours 40 minutes in.
Man U are sponsored around the £115 million mark every year.
We would only get £50 million year a year.
It is an outrage, we should ask for more
Don't need the first year*
I think it's an entirely justifiable amount. After all, we're bigger than ALL of the London clubs combined, having won more European Cups than all of them combined
