Southampton did say that they are both not for sale though. In the end, its up to them. I think he'll stay.

Rotten to be a saints fan at the moment but the language used by the chairman had a force Schneiderlin into asking for a transfer written all over it didn't it. I think both Pauline and Sandra are out, hope I'm wrong on the latter.

I love Soutampton as a club, horrible to see this happen to them, but at the same point I'm a huge fan of Schneiderlin and I'd love to see him join us

Would love to see Paulinho gone, done nothing at all to impress me. But got a bad taste about how Schneiderlin has gone about things since yesterday.

When it was Berba and rat boy we hated the way they carried on but when we are the benefitting party, it's ok?

His contract is watertight, but then he could go down the human rights road,Cherie Blair maybe available.

That's the problem, Bale forced through his move to Real on the basis of faking injury and just not turning up to training and matches, but now he's at Real he's been spot on, like he was for us.

Like you say, it's a benefit if his attitude is fine, but when's the next step? top 4 club

Thudd, when Bale moved to Real he was injured and missed the start of the season.

This is good PR by Southampton, they will look like the victims and Morgan will be the bad guy.

We both know that's not true, but away from Bale as he's not the talking point

I don't like all this at all. Hated it when players have done it to us, that includes Bale.

It is alarming just how many players have left Southampton so far and they really have to try and retain some of them but the problem was always going to come once Lallana & Shaw had gone (Lambert was a left field departure). Its similar to the time West Ham sold ferdinand, suddenly the others all left too and generally went on to bigger and better things.

Be sure though that if we do sign MS that Sandro will be gone which would be a shame but fan favourites have come and gone before.

Not hugely fussed about Rodriguez though, his asset is speed and no one is really sure how the injury would have impacted that

Personally I'd like to see Rodriguez as well if we weren't going for any other striker. People don't seem to rate him on here but I reckon he could do a job and we need back up in this area.

Plus it's nice to have a helping of English players. Wouldn't like to see us become all foreign.

If I'm honest, I would see Rodriguez as a first team striker for you. I do believe that he has proven to be a better goal scorer than before Adebayor and Soldado. He can score from all angles and can score any type of goal. He is a quality player and should definitely be signed,
