i Had some great new just got a new job as a Head chef but i get every weekend off first time being a chef for 20 years that i get weekends off. i wonder what to do on a Saturday any advice ?

Just as a point, do they have a Happy Cumbria Day, a Glad Cornwall Day, a Felicitous Northumberland Day or a Joyous Wiltshire Day...?

I got thrown out of Thomas Danby Catering College after a year in 1973, they said that perhaps I should find a different career. I did.
