3-1. Valencia in pole position now, so Arsenal have to win or score many goals.

Walcott's speed is unparalleled. But I don't think he has the technical skill and vision of Campbell.

Is defending optional in Portugal?

Enzo Perez, Markovic and Garay were massive for Benfica last season. They're missing quite a few players and are further behind in their pre-season schedule. They're usually a very difficult side to play and they go toe-to-toe, attacking any opposition.

Valencia look promising this season in La Liga.

Walcott's vision and "football brain" is highly underrated. He reads the game really well. Technically, he's no Ronaldinho, but his touch is actually good. He just lacks any kind of trickery or improvisation. He doesn't know what a feint or dummy or step-over is.

I think Bellerin did more step overs yesterday than Theo has done for his entire Arsenal career

you dont have to do step overs to be good on the wing

Walcott also has little strength or balance which is why he's a poor dribbler despite his pace. He rarely attempts to dribble anyone. He just tries to elude them off the ball with his movement and he's become effective at it.

He's good at keeping the ball under his control while travelling at pace. That's how I'd define dribbling.

Going past somebody with skill is something different, and I agree, Walcott isn't good at this/doesn't try it enough.
