Fair enough.
Communication between the back room staff needs to be improved though IMHO.
A CEO as soon as possible is required
But ..... Upwards and onwards
So at the end of the day.. FFP stinks
The smaller clubs who want to get into the Prem have no choice but to nurture and sell on their young prospects
I'd love it , just love it..... if Newcastle got relegated
Blimey a Derby fan .. speachless
Oh dear you sound a bit like Kevin Keegan their Webbo when he had his rant against Akwx Ferguson
Your chairman has you all fawning like love sick puppies. My best bet for this coming season is Stuart Pearce will have left before the end of the season.
We'll get behind our team, manager and owner Cstander.
We've had worse situations to deal with. We have a more balanced team than last year. IMO, a better manager and a sane one at that.
Selling the players before telling SP is just not right, if he wants to keep him. I think he would have been better served in telling all this to SP, not us, in the first place. Personally I'm still concerned with Fawaz and his lack of communication skills
Forest mid table at best. SP is a poor poor manager.
What could Stuart Pearce have done though Andorranred? The sale was going to happen whatever he said or did, because we need the money. Fawaz can't prop the club up any more thanks to FFP, we need the club itself to generate revenue and this is about the only way we can guarantee a large amount of money quickly.
I still expect more signings, as Fawaz has said as much, and SP is the type of man that willl get on with things without fussing.
Florist, my biggest gripe in fact the only one is Fawaz should have told SP what the score was. It cannot be right SP hears it from a player.
I think for most of us the worrying aspect is not discussing the deal with the manager; but then again I don't think autocratic businessmen like Fawaz get to where they are by asking permission of their employees before doing deals.
It is not the first time (nor will it be the last) an owner has done transfer business without consulting the manager or getting his agreement. Ask Dave Bassett
