A little too early I'd say

Chambers is definitely going to be our Bobby Moore.

Let him play and grow under Wenger, and time will tell.
Too early to make any assumption.

Hopefully he won't become our Phil Jones....👍

Well, he came to the right club. They grow up early at Arsenal. Straight into the deep end for him.

Wenger said he could be a future midfielder for us.

You do know they're joking kolo, right?

Also why must you persist with smilies like a 13 year old on msn. Actually try use the English language instead of emoticons.

Wenger hinted at him possibly moving into midfield eventually but I like what I've seen of him at CB so far. I also liked him at RB for Southampton last season but I hope we keep him in one position and not mess about with him like Utd have with Jones who I rated highly at Blackburn

The moment I saw him I had flashbacks to Maldini, I reckon he could lead our defence for the next 20 years

He needs to play in a few positions at once to cover that cost.

Seems more of a Baresi to me, personally. Better, of course.

Not going to lie he looks proper good. Saw his debut reads the game very well and covers for defenders. Quite good on the ball too which surprised me.

Is this a wum article?

It is on a par with "Can Giroud become your next Henry?"

"The moment I saw him I had flashbacks to Maldini, I reckon he could lead our defence for the next 20 years"

I'd say at the moment he's at the level Maldini was at his peak, and will only improve.

Yes, until he gets raped away from home against one of the top four.

Another overhyped player that is Varane. He has talent no doubt but also have some mistakes every game in him. Not ready yet to be considered a big player and far to be compared to any other player yet.
