In terms of coffee shops though, the Damkering (sp) is my favourite. The dolphin is also good.

The ones to avoid are the most touristy ones like bulldog, barney (although they do a great breakfast) and Grasshopper

Never been to Amsterdam to get baked, only been for a football tournament.

Plenty of great nightclubs, just depends what kind music you're into

Im going back in October <diva. Cant wait. Been 6-7 times, but not in a couple of years so looking forward to it.

Route 66 & Damkering are good cafes.

I like The Bulldogs as well, not many other places let you smoke & drink booze as well but 1 of the bulldog cafes does

the dam and Oktoberfest are both on my to do list

once I realise im too old for Ibiza.

I go twice a year mate and have done for the last 13 years

Im not a clubber tho just a stoner,lots of coffee shops are either closed down or aint allowed to open during school hours,so mad rule that was passed this year.

If your staying central try the doors or picasso for a smoke,or bluesbrothers coffee shop,just up from there you have the 420 shop or coffee shop Ben,If you want to drink and smoke go to the wonderbar#1.

Over the other side,the red light district,try hunters for your smoke,and hill street blues for a smoke and a beer,love that place,its beside the police station lol

For digs we stay at the atrain hotel or if on a budget try the globe (skysportsbar) in there you can get some nice grub a beer and they have a smoking room,or you can sit ouside by the canal.

Ive never been to see a gas cooker,I refuse to pay for it lol

Sook & fook for around 50 euros tho Look out for the twins,theres always a que for them two tho,they seem to be popular

Be nice to the locals,most speak English,watch out for the trams and bikes,especially after a smoke.

i think the boat with bowie would be a great opportunity to get rid of him for good.
