Lee, This is your last and best chance to get your name on something big. Keep holing...
I've backed westwood and stenson a few times before, but not this time. My staple Garcia bet (for every major since 2003 I think!), Fowler and Mcilroy are my bets for this one.
England's Rory McLroy going well, keep it up, lad!
Another eagle chance here.
Great approach to the 7th by Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy - amazing 5 wood. Could reach 10 under by the end of the round.
So Rory finishes on -9. Be interesting to see how Lee Westwood gets on, see if he can match Rory's total. The course is going to play as easy as it ever will, so good scores are definitely possible.
Hope Rory can do it for England, unlike that Andy Murray, always promises so much then blows it.
Except when he won at Wimbledon.
8 holes played 5 birdies & 2 bogies so far for Rickie.
Tiger is really struggling out there, not for good viewing.
Would you honestly have him on the Ryder Cup team as things stand? Nope.
I think Tiger should actually come out and say, 'don't consider me for the team', because he's obviously not in a good place at the moment, and he's not going to get there in a few weeks.
I really think he has to change his whole mindset about how he approaches the game - he's not the Tiger of old, I don't think his body can cope with him trying to play like the Tiger of old, but isn't trying to adapt and accept that which is the problem.
Tiger embarrassing himself again
Now Golf can be a very annoying sport at times when it comes to a bet.
Countless majors in the past few years now Jason Day has been one of my main bets, even at our Open I lumped on him, despite his recent wrist injury & lack of form. This the first time in a while I didn't.
He was 66/1 yesterday morning
Would be one of those I'd love to see break his major duck but I'll be cursing if he does!
Day still 10/1, he's the value looking at the leaderboard in my opinion.
I'd rather take a bet on the field without Rory at this stage.
He could pi$$ this, he has form history after all.
Westwood heading in the wrong direction. Predictable.

McIlroy will be sleeping easy tonight.
The field are going backwards here.
Westwood went in the wrong direction today. Maybe Jason Day can win his first major. Good player who deserves to win a major.
Embarrassment for Tiger if he finishes worse than JD. I mean Daly, not Day.
Good solid back 9 for Rickie, some great par saves as well.
Has his critics & those who like to point out he only has one tour win. His form this year in the majors has been terrific though.
Day making that 66/1 shot look a mockery at the moment!
Mcilroy and Fowler are both looking good, I too really wouldn't mind Day winning it either.
Got to say, fair play to Montgomerie too. I still love his fade shots into the green.
Perry, Vijay & Monty have represented the senior tour very well indeed.
Look at Furyk as well, stat came up on Sky last night that he'd only bogied once in his last 48 holes in a major. Remarkably accurate & consistent, still seems to find himself threatening the leaderboard on a regular basis.
I doubt he'll add to his US Open all those years ago now but there's no signs of him shifting yet.
Agreed tgm.
Shaping up for a good last two days! What's the forecast like for today, does anyone know?
