Colin new owners won't want a donkey in charge
coventry manager, andy thorne I think he is called
megson cos he is a wendy thru and thru and they are all clowns
Peter Reid, Andy Thorne, Steve Kean, Sean O'driscoll, Alan Knill.
Maybe not in that order though!
before the season started i looked at the odds on this and one stood out at 20-1, that was dougie freedman of crystal palace so i thought that was a worthwhile bet, however theyve had a decent start so what do i know.
but id now go for keen the blackburn boss and even more so on wednesday
I reckon it'll be between Sven and Kean.
Colin will get the elbow by November.
Colin will get a couple of games with the new gaffer but if they lose them then he will be out, they will want a big name manager eventually.
Steve Keane at Blackburn was always a strange choice and with their bad start he could be first.
In League one, maybe Steve Clarke at Huddersfield if they do not pick up.
who the frigg is steve clarke u muppit
and by the way i wouldnt put any money on it as we are still unbeaten this season.. in fact we are 28 games unbeaten so whos gonna sack their manager on a run like that. haha bet thats never happened in your amazing history!
im off if a remember right consilio.. you're the angry one. throws his teddy out the cot at every owl debate!
Explain again in English please.
Tez4Life, how can you still be on that unbeaten run after your glorious trip to Old Trafford!! If my memory serves me correctly you lost that game to Peterborough United, 3-0 was the score if you have forgotten!!
And by the way, I see on your boards that half your fans want Clarke out anyway. A couple of bad results and the pressure will be on!!
I'm gonna stick my neck out and say Fabio Capello after England do shoite in the next two Euro qualifiers.
charles.. good valid point the answer is that the playoffs are a seperate added on cup competition jot a league game. 28 regular league fixtures unbeaten. i have confidence in lc and as soob as it all comes together with our squad we will blow this league away.
cant help notice uve also had a pretty average start?
He is correct about Huddersfield's unbeaten league run.
However, their form this season has been unconvincing. Even the 3-2 win against Colchester was fortunate as the visitors deserved to win. Having said that, there is no reason why the Terriers will not return to the form of last season although any team with Tommy Miller in it won't get promoted.
The Keane guy at Blackburn. Reckon if he loses his next game he's gone.
Tez4life, still disagree about being unbeaten. The playoffs are part of the league 1 program and are part of the decision as to which league you are in, unlike true cups such as the FA Cup. But we are arguing for arguings sake!!
Yes we have had a dodgy start but have looked good at home so far, that is a plus over last year!! I think this division is there for the taking, any team who can develop consistency could run away with it. I expect us, Hudds, Charlton, and Preston to be up there. The Blunts may surprise everyone but the January McCabe Sales may scupper their chances.
Crikey, just checked the Hudds Board.
Looks like the knives have been out for Clark! Won 50% of games in charge but that's still not good enough for a parochial team that's done nothing for 40 years.
And people say our fans are fickle!
Tez aged 4. The only match that actually counted in that 28 league unbeaten run you bottled it and lost 3-0!
You can argue as much as you like about whether it was in the league or not but you still lost!
Also, are you actually defending your manager?!
So far the only thing I've seen on your boards is to permanently slate Clarke (even with a victory)

good example for you
sadly some of our fans hate him.
Gladly, none of our fans care.
Trotter Fan In Peace.
Keane at Blackburn will be the first.
Lower leagues? Possibly Sven at Leicester, especially if they;re not in the top two at christmas.
League One. Any of last season's relegated teams from the champ especially if they're not in the top six early. Especially looking at PNE here because I don't actually rate their chances. Phil Brown's a decent manager IMO but he hasn't got much to work with.
League Two? John Coleman at Accrington. He worked miracles last year but lost too many players over the summer and has absolutely no money to play with. I suspect someone higher up, (maybe PNE) will have noted last season's incredible performance and he may well walk sooner rather than later.
