It won't be very overrated in the limited overs series that much is certain. In test matches abroad though yes overrated and quite useless is the better term.

India will slaughter England at the rounders format of the game, but against even a poor English test side they are no competition.

Money talks.

In limited overs grounds man are instructed to make the wicket flat so there is a long game with plenty of runs and this is where Kohli has cashed in. In test cricket he has left a lot to be desired outside India.

To be honest, the vast majority of Indian fans know they the Indian batting line up is average at best away from home. They also know that BCCI and its affiliate bodies are only interested in the money... Test cricket means nothing to India's administrators....

Even if you look at the Indian fans on JA606, the more serious/logical Indian posters as in boss, viru, Sehwag and kav know India are doomed away from home... Whilst there was a time these guys would defend them without questions, even they have given up!!!

I agree with OP by the way, this is a new/weak/fresh (however you want to word it) England side... There is no excuse for India to be humiliated like they have been.

Personally, I think the ecb should give any Asia side more than 3 tests on their visits....

Afridi - I'm a South African supporter not Indian. It may sound like i am but its only because im trolling and want an even test match. I had high hopes for Kholi sadly he has let me down.

Cant wait for the Aussies to come over next summer.

Boss,

Apologies mate. Sorry. Wasn't sure, you're on and off with India, and lately have been lambasting them, I thought you had finally realised they were 5)it like the rest of us

BOSS....

I think quite a few Indian fans knew they would struggle. Look what happened last time.

Anyway...this test is heading one way..and hopefully will a few ODI victories wont hide the fact India cannot play away from home
