I think that people will regret when Agard scores 20 goals this season and bags a few against us. I am gutted that we failed to sign him just because Cellino does not want to meet his demand.

ha your laughable, youve completely lost the plot and missed Cellinos message, he wants players that will play for the shirt not a pay cheque. if agard turned us down because of wages then he can do one. we need players like Sharpy wholl play for us even after taking a wage cut

lazlo, how did you know that Agard's demand was too greedy? MAYBE he was just asking for what he rightfully deserved. Do not forget that we have a tradition of losing quality players because we did not pay them enough money.

What's interesting TGM is that we pulled out from going for Bellusci and Cooper, let it lie for a short time, and then went in with something else. And got them.

Let's not assume Agard is completely done yet.

I don't actually know anything about him so can't comment whether he is good, bad or ugly, but Cellino puts a maximum on a player both in terms of fee and wages, and if he can't get them he finds someone else or considers the next steps in his own time.

We're doing fine for the moment. There were a lot of positives from today's match - especially that the team could get better and better and better merely by playing together more.

The future's bright, the future's white, whether Agard is part of that or not.

we are Leeds and most players are gonna demand big increases in wages to sign for us because they think we can afford it. if Cellino was in charge when Snoddy and co were here theyd still be here, Cellino minimises risk with all the signings he makes eg all players from italy are loans in case they cant cut it in the champ, we save on transfer fees. agard showed a bad attitude with Cellino and thats ultimately why the deal collapsed

Hock played the diamond formation today and it worked against Boro. But we still desperately need a playermaker and a speedy winger who can score. If we signed Agard, he and Ajose can attack from the flank while Bianchi, our most creative player, plays the AM position.

harj, Agard KILLED the L1 last season and was THE reason why Rotherham got promoted. I have a feeling that he will be our new Snodgrass if he joins us, he is THAT good.

Championship is a completely different kettle of fish than L1, better players than Agard have taken the step up and got themselves destroyed for a few seasons before they got used to it. Agard is nothing special
