Uncharacteristic to ponder do long over a managerial change.

I'd love to be proven wrong but he's staying. He escaped the sack last year after the start we had and the Reading massacre

He won't be sacked any time yet. You must realise he's a yes man who is doing exactly what Ed and Gartside want. Cutting wages and spending little.

He will be given plenty of time before being shown the door. Just how long is open to speculation but I don't see him going anytime before Christmas, possibly not before the end of the season unless of course we are relegated before Christmas which is a possibility the way we are going.

We have never been a club that get's shut of managers easily, so we will just have to grin and bear it. When the gate receipts go below a sustainable level it will force the two decision makers to act. The Parachute money has already been spent to pay off the bank.

Always said, i dont mind losing, its the manner of the losses. Spineless team, with no characters

I don't think it's fair to call him a 'yes man', because he is cutting wages and spending little. That's his job, that's what he has to do. I'm pretty sure he knew that when he took the job.

Having said that. Not making a sub in a game that subs could've changed in our favour until 78mins and now 1 goal down is miles, MILES too late.

It's madness to proportion blame for huge debt to Dougie.

He has to improve the team. Therefore improve the results.

Not one person has ever apportioned blame for the debt at DF's door. At least not on here.

PG clearly is the main person responsible.

There are two issues here.

An Owner and a Chairman who have allowed this debt, and an owner and a Chairman who have authorised the appointment of poor managers.

Dougie is out of his depth, but he is not doing it on purpose. He should go, but then so should the recruiters who have failed time and again since Sammy Lee.

Dougie is not to blame for the debt, but he is to blame for being limited.
