I don't think we are stronger than last season, having spent all our money (it would seem) on one player it doesn't give us much flexibility should as I suspect Roberto realise we do need more strenghening, particularly in defence. Who else noticed young Stones woefully out of position for Leicesters 2nd goal for instance. I hope not but judging by our second half display first time out, Arsenal are more than capable of reversing the last score in their game at our place.

From what I read about pre season, stones didn't have the best of times. Still think he will be quality. Fingers crossed for more signings.

Surely then you'd rather your daughter experience a loss in her first game so as not to set high expectations on her football watching life?

She has been to a dozen or so games over the past few years and yet to see us lose. I hope she can keep up the record ( for ever and ever )

I'm not obnoxious, ask anyone on any board - including the Spurs board - I just recognise you for what you are, an idiot with nothing to say. Anyway, I'll not be part of your wrecking of this thread.

Think Everton have a really good chance of taking this.
Not bringing new players in may not be good for the season as a whole but it does mean you have a settled team and could give you a slight advantage over teams who have players still 'bedding in'.
Anyway, hope you have a great season when not playing us, would love to see both of us in the CL sometime soon.........

I hope you have a great time before and after the match but i really hope we win, thus causing you annoyance during the match

It's my daughters first game as a season ticket holder & bizarrely enough my son's first game as a season ticket holder was also against Arsenal which was also a late Saturday kick off. Hopefully that's were the similarities end.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was that the 6-1? Don't worry mate, absolutely no chance of that happening again on Sunday, if anything I think an Everton win is more likely but I see a 1-1
Arsenal will scrap a win.
Will be a cracking game of football.
With Barkley out Arsenalwill have a slightly better chance.
As for weaker, well one pre season and a tough away game is not a marker for the coming season. Plus we have 9 days to add to the squad.
