Well I don't think Arsenal deserved anything today. Awful performance but Everton in last 15/20 started to sit back and looked tired and Arsenal's fresh legs capitalised. Last season Everton won the game and it was very similar to one played today.

arsenal probably deserved their respective point each.

We should have had all three, your second goal was well offside.

Looked off side when at the game, just a tiny bit but still off side. Was it definitely off side?

Not sure. But Mertesacker should have had a free kick. Ref had a mare.

Though mertesacker got to close and got turned I'm, lakaku was stronger.

Nah. He clipped him as he turned.

Well dubbed that's what makes footy great. We see different things.

Guess you're right. We might be seeing things with different tinted glasses.

That would cancel out the Arsenal goal that was offside against Palace then.

Which goal is that then?

This, i'm happy but annoyed at the same time. that second goal robbed us.

It doesn't work like that, the whole pattern of the game would have changed.

Both 2-2 draws Everton Leicester and Arsenal didn't have many shots on target.

Don't let your dislike of Arsenal turn you into a complete idiot.

Shots: Everton 8, Arsenal 13
On target: Everton 2, Arsenal 3
Possession: Everton 46%, Arsenal 54%

And that’s that! This draw will feel like a victory to Arsenal, and a defeat to Everton. The home side were so much better than the visitors for 83 minutes. But Arsenal refused to give up, and could easily have won the game at the end. A brilliant show of determination by Arsenal, though Everton will take many positives from their performance too, when the sting of conceding a second late equaliser in two weeks dies down. The first heavyweight showdown of the season wasn’t too bad.

Everton were not the better side. They had their moments. But they were fortunate to even be ahead.

Take no notice of Dubb, he hasn't got a fücking clue. I thought Arsenal were awful up until 70 minutes.

Nothing fortunate about the first goal and you didn't look like scoring until the second half. Granted the second goal was off side but it definitely wasn't a foul on mertesacker

Barkley might not get in the side if Naismith continues to perform like he has been.

The Grand Cannon (U18697)

How all I am saying is basically to be precise both games everton played in the opposition had 3 shots on target scoring twice, remember the save for Arsenal shot frm Giroud close in with keeper to beat saved. The Leicester game I have no idea what happened but I know stats were 3 shots on target. So basically in Everton Leicester game te keeper each saved 1 shot and in yesterdays game only 1 save was made in whole match from Giroud.

Alas
You're an absolute moron. A biased and deluded fool. You still think Feillani is a class player? Mug.

You didn't even have the balls to post up your own verdict on the game.

The first goal was a sucker punch. You were getting outplayed in the first 20 minutes. All you were doing was punting, long hopeful balls up top. Fair enough. You took your chances well. And you had your moments. But you were most certainly not much better than us.

Dubbed, if you're going to criticise at least try to make it have some basis in truth.....we out passed and out thought you in the first half easily, and to say our goal was a sucker punch was a joke. You didn't have a shot on target till the 73rd minute!!
Please find me any serious report of the match that says anything other than Everton clearly dominated the first half.......a serious report means that Arseblog doesn't count.
