he rejected a move to a Turkish club. i think he is on a good wage and does not seem the kind of player to take a pay cut to play more football and would rather just sit on the bench collecting the money

I can;t imagine anyone else coming in. Theres still plenty of strenthening needed, but with the number of players already arrived I think we just need to see who steps up to the plate and contributes

It will depend on whether Rodgers has told him he could have a future at the club, whether Borini wants to wait for his chance or whether he'd like to move for guaranteed first team football.
If it were up to me, I'd keep him, he has proven he can score goals in the league and has the potential to get better.
However as the squad fills out, young players are going to find it difficult to break in, as you've seen at the likes of Chelsea and City who have big squads also.

He gives up too easily
I don't understand all this 'Borini is determined to play'. If he was determnined to play he would have gone to Sunderland. I persoanally think its pretty hypocritical of clubs to push players out the door and if he doesn't want to leave we should accept his wishes and honour his contract. But if this was a player from another top club/if it was johnson or reina we would be calling him greedy saying he'd rather not play than take a wage cut etc
