SSN have just said a source close to Rojo has confirmed that he'll be available for our next game after the upcoming international break.
No panic.
I find it strange this was not resolved before the signing was completed.
Eduardo Vargas's clearance still hasn't gone through for QPR either and that transfer was completed at a similar time.
Stop worrying. He's a full international for the second best team at WC2014. He'll get his clearance.
Is the problem. With the UKBA or someone else?
Ridiculous that a footballer needs a work permit to work here.
Should be scrapper in my book.
Pardon my ignorance, but how different is it to di Maria's situation? He needed a permit I assume?
Both from Argentina.
Both played in Europe before moving.
Both regulars in the international side right?
So what's the difference? Is it something to do with third party ownership as well?
Di Maria has a European passport, Italian I think I read
Rojo doesn't
Ah that's makes sense then
