What does a footballer need a work permit for?

P.S Fantastic.

Not a chance he won't get a work permit

What's the hold up, Argentinian courts?

Not even about the permit, the PL still has to sign off on it, doubts over who actually owns him and the 3rd party ownership

I don't think the permit is the major issue. More the Premier League having an issue with third party ownership. Until that's sorted, I doubt he'll get the permit as his permit as he doesn't have an employer.

I think you mean he meets the rules for applying. Can still be refused by immigration and until an appeal is lodged he doesn't have to be told why he was refused. if that goes past Monday he won't be registered and would have to wait unil Jan.

He bottle somebody and is awaiting a criminal court case. We will do well to push this through IMO

What an odd deal for us to pursue if he he is facing assault charges and his ownership is questionable.

Wrong in every way possible and that's a recurring theme from you.

He meets the criteria and upon refusal, which won't happen, he is told the reason in order to appeal against it.

I dont see how any footballer who could potential play for a pl not be able to get a work permit, its stupid, they'll be paying large taxes not using benefits

You can register a player and sort out the work permit afterwards I believe. the only issue is that if they do that is that they will miss the deadline to send him out on loan

True but the Premier League still haven't passed it and thus the permit won't be granted.
