Sanago should be out on loan to improve. He shouldn't be learning his trade at a big club like arsenal.

posted on 31/8/14

Yeah thats the sad thing. He looks like a really nice guy and his work rate and ethic is good. But you cant play top flight football and need 3 seconds to get control of the ball. These defenders and ruthless and quick. Anything more than half a second, the'll be on you like a rash.

And usually most teams sit back and play arsenal on the counter. This is why Sonogo wont work. Because his always gonna have defenders around him and he need too long to control the ball. He needs to be controlling and getting his shot away before anyone even gets close to him.
He might get a few tap ins here and there but most of the time he wont break down a solid defense

posted on 31/8/14

And i'm not saying he wont improve. But if Wenger really wants to groom him, he should be coming on as a sub when we are 2-3-0 up. But when was the last time that was?
If you play him now, the more mistakes he makes the more frustrated fans get and before you know it, the'll start booing. And thats his confidence shut for life and his career gone.

Real Madrid spent over 100 million and are about to lose to real sociead after being 2-0 up. City have spent a billion pounds or so in last 5 years yet lost at home to a dismal stoke side. Imagine if you lot supported those teams, you would be hanging yourselves or jumping off bridges if this is how you react to a draw.. Buying players mean fack all the focus should be getting the morale of the team up

----------------------------------------------------------------------@ the Godfather. Real madrid won the Champions league last year, and Man city won the English league. Two of the hardest tournaments to win. So they can afford to loose. They probably played decent and lost, or you could say it was just a bad day at the office.

We are no reacting to this game. We are reacting because we see the same pattern we have seen for the past 8 years. The same mistakes etc. There is no way everyday should be a bad day at the office for arsenal FC

And you talk about moral, isn't that what Wenger gets paid to do? Motivate you players. So each of them would kill for you on the football pitch, run their hearts out and play their hearts out for each other..

I definitely don't see that. If i saw that i wouldn't be complaining. If they were giving even 80% and still losing then thats ok. But i see a punch of talented players, giving 50- 60%. And thats down to the manager

Real Madrid could and should have been 4-0 up after 30mins. They actually played well but were crap I'm defence. Doesn't help when Casilas is in goal who is totally past it.

posted on 31/8/14

So what you are saying is although Real madrid lost 4-2 they should be happier than us who drew 1-1? wtf. Why make excuses for them talking about the keeper but then attack your own team and manager when we havent even lost a game yet ffs.

We won the fa cup, also a hard tournament to win, yet you give no leeway and call for wengers head after 2 draws and a win in the league, charity sheild win over city and qualification into the champions league??

And you wonder why Arsenal fans are called fickle and are constantly slated

Fickle? How the fack are we fickle? We knew for almost 2 years now that we needed a DM and a Top Quality CF. We are now just over 24 hours away from signing neither and having Sanago as main striker.

LOL. are you comparing the FA cup to the champions league? Who was the hardest team we had to beat on our road to win the FA cup?
And i am sure their fans are livid they lost. BUT the difference is, real has a balanced team. real has the best player the world in terms of Ronaldo, real can beat anyone on their day when they turn it up. Can you really say that about arsenal. Can you really tell me that you don't think our team needs to be added to?

And i am not attacking the team or the manager. I am just stating my opinion, that based on what i have seen the past two years, regardless of if we have Messi and Ronaldo in our team, wegner cant provide the tactics and motivation to win the league or the champions league

So Real fans are thinking 'we lost but its ok because the team is balanced and we have the best player in the world and can beat anyone on our day'

I want a new striker and a dm but im not losing my mind over every point we drop

there is no reasoning with you new fans, im truly ashamed that so many wÄnkers support my team

posted on 31/8/14

hahaha. WOW. I have been an arsenal fan for over 25 years mate. Just putting it out there. And no one is loosing sleep over a few dropped points. Happens all the time. No biggie

All we are trying to say is the same mistakes is being made time and time again and the team lacks passion and discipline. New players wont solve that. Its something that needs to happen from within. And this is not a knee jerk reaction and its been going on for years.

And you are ashamed that you have supporters that care about the team??

No biggie? Every point we have dropped this season has been met with absolute madness on this board. No other fans behave like this. You dont care about the team you spend your whole time here attacking every single aspect of the club. What was the last positive thing you lot wrote here about Arsenal. You are all disgraces

Good article, for me the problem with Wenger hasn't just been transfers. A lot of AKBs have cited our spendings in the last 2 windows as a stick to beat people with, saying Wenger is god because he signed Ozil, Alexis, whoever we will sign tomorrow. But it's not just signings, for most of his time here, we've had excellent teams and won nothing with them.

The squad in 10/11 was extremely underrated imo, and it's because we will only be remembered for the spectacular bottle job from Birmingham at Wembley onwards. We've had some great teams and won nothing with them.

This team could be one of those, or it could be the same as last season, winning the cup to paper over the cracks of a poor season and another collapse in the PL.

Tactically I just feel Wenger isn't up to it. But really there is no point moaning about it. He is here as long as he wants to be here. Just have to live with that fact.

posted on 31/8/14

Yeah I have accepted the fact that he'll stay for at least another 3 years. And i'll support arsenal regardless of who is in charge. But tactically we are doomed when we play a great team. I just want him to surprise me or surprise other managers. For once mix things up when we play the big teams. Catch them off guard. Dont use the same tactics that has got you beat the last few years.
Try something new. If it fails it fails, but at least show me you can adapt.
When we play the likes of chelsea and city. We are not going to have better players than them as they spends millions. But the key is to try and out smart their manager. I am still waiting for that to happen

You Arsenal fans

9 5 stars for an article that can ONLY ‘speculate’ ‘guess’ ‘make assumptions’ that Wenger does not instruct his team on tactics or motivate them
