Welbeck 29 goals in 142 appearances

I'm a bit gutted for sentimental reasons. But I don't rate him as highly as others and I think Arsenal will be a good career move for him. Even though they are a rival I hope he can kick on in his career as he's stagnated the last couple of seasons at United.

Bentaleb in fairness his strike rate as a striker for us is actually pretty good... 0.75 last season...

Arsenal fans having been moaning at Giroud for months, saying he isn't clinical enough. And they have signed Welbeck, who is decent but he isn't clinical.

Wellbeck is very fast

Yeah that's true. But it's not just Giroud's finishing that is the problem. It's his mobility and movement in behind defences.

Welbeck is ten times the player in that department so they might create more chances. Welbeck will probably shank a lot of them, however.

Don't get me wrong a world class striker is what they really wanted if they want a serious shot at the title but for the money they were willing to spend not sure they could hope for any better...

Borini is being touted around for only £2M less.

Lawrence sold Powell loaned

No need to get agitated. He's a United player and will be in your squad vs QPR. Don't need official confirmation from United or Monaco although it is deemed as rubber stamped official and it is always nice reading and seeing the player with the shirt

Football agent Rachel Anderson: "The club with the most money will sign Radamel Falcao, as long as they play Champions League football. We don't know where he will go, we just know he will.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I guess you gor that half right then
He has gone to your club without Champions League football hence he must be purely after the £300k that you threw his way.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

And had he gone to a team playing in the CL this season, he'd have been paid £300k...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And you know this how? City would not and not many other clubs trying to stay on the right side of FFP so what do you have by way of facts?
