I think on current form alone a case could be made for Sterling.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes but it wouldn't be a very compelling case. And you can tell by my username (chosen about 18 months ago now) that I hugely rate Sterling.
Football is about opinions I guess but I'm slightly surprised that there's not a more general consensus for Aguero. Maybe people will point to injuries but last season was the first time since he broke through that he's not played 30 games plus in a season.
If he continues his form from Atelico, then Falcao.

I gave you one star for the Oscar mention.

who do you think OP - Sterling or Sturridge?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Personally I would say Silva. What's you're opinion. Do you think it is between Sterling and Sturridge?
Leaving any bias aside, I would say Sergio Aguero is the best player in the league.
If fit Aguero by a country mile - insane strike rate.
I'm a massive fan of Hazard though and feel that this season he will start to eclipse most and become the best player in the league. Just a hunch.
I have the opposite hunch with Hazard.
I think this is the season he will fall out with Mourinho over his lack of tracking back from wide (no way he will play 10 with Fabregas tearing it up), which will lead to his departure next summer as Chelsea sell to buy again.

Different strokes
Di Maria is best winger
Fabregas best MF
Falcao best goal scorer
----------------------------------------------------------------------
On paper they may well be but Di Maria has played one game and Falcao has yet to kick a ball. Far to early to judge them yet. Many players have come to these shores and failed to deliver.
Best Striker - Aguero
Best midfielder - Silva or Fabregas
Best Defender - Kompany
Easily Aguero!
Raheem not far behind.
How do people define 'the best'?
One of the more established Prem Players:
Yaya, Oscar, Silva?
-------------------------
Oscar in the same breath as Yaya and silva?
He had a couple of decent games last season!!!!!!!
I agree with the crack on the cornflakes comment!!!!!
This is basically a list of La Liga rejects witha couple of additions.
What about Welbeck, Parker, Young, people like that?
Please delete Oscar and Ozil from the list. Your article loses credibility with them in it.
