The Triskel in Malasaña. That's the local Liverpool bar but they show all the matches . Couple of decent Irish bars near Puerta de Sol. Dubliners/O'neils

Basement , ground floor, first floor an so on. First floor isn't usually the lowest floor otherwise basement would also be first floor..
