Yay, SARS prediction game
Bit late calling Saints now ;;
Now to the big one! I think Folau might be my favourite player in world rugby right now and I expect him to rip holes in the SA defence. SA on the other hand looked vulnerable against the resident whipping boys. I don't like the decision to drop Beale but think they will still prevail in the end. Australia by 8.
Leinster are still Leinster in my eyes and I will back them in Glasgow. Leinster by 5.
Quins this year excite me. Yarde is a monster and with Brown alongside him they should cause any team problems. Irish on the other hand seem weak. Quins by 15.
As for my initial prediction I think yours was probably bettere in not predicting at all, not so much men against boys more titans against toddlers!
Way tae go ra Glesga great win tonight.
Not long recovered from watching the Saints last night. That was a hell of a performance. I thought Glawster were a potential banana skin, and I'm sure they will show better in the league than last night suggested.
The gratifying thing was seeing different stuff being tried, and not just at the death when the game was won. Love to see little kicks here and there to catch the defence unawares. Even Myler was being inventive.
Two years ago I had Big George down as a wham-bam run over the top of you kinda player, a bit one dimensional, but happy to say I was wrong. Last night he was awesome, unstoppable even.
Early days, but a fine start to the season.
Out of all the quality foreign players in the Prem, GN would be the guy I would most want in a England shirt to be honest. Absolutely immense, closely followed by Louw.
Demus
He has become immense, and the frightening thing is that he has capacity to get even better.
What's really impressive is he looks so slightly built - obviously his height is of help there, but his conditioning is excellent givign him the perfect mix of speed and power, he must be the best in the world at left wing
At least Gloucester only have to face him once more this season I guess!

Who do you think will win:
The Aviva Premiership - Leicester for me
The Guinness Pro-12 - I'm going for Munster here
The Top 14 - Castres
The Heineken Cup - Northampton
The Six Nations - England
Here are Jerry Guscotts choices:
Premiership
Northampton to retain their title
Pro12
Leinster to do likewise
Six Nations
England to take the crown
Here are my predictions
The Aviva Premiership - Northampton will win league at last and the after season Money Making Cup again
The Guinness Pro-12 - Out on a limb, I'm going for Glasgow.
The Top 14 - Don't care, probably some moneybags French team with loads of non-Frenchmen in it.
The Heineken Cup - Northampton.
The Six Nations - through very gritted teeth I say England
Prem:- Northampton
Pro-12 _ Leinster
Top 14 - Toulon
HC - Clermont
6N- England, who else?
Bath to be dark horses! Can't wait to see big Sam
Pathetic from quins tonight, pathetic.
I'm told Mike Brown prevented it from being even more embarrassing.
yeah, I was shocked at that scoreline, how bad was it, does anyone have details?
