Ask him why he looks like he runs in slow motion

Does your neck hurt from constantly having to look down to talk to all the midgets that you call team-mates?
Ask him, "What's the weather like up there?" - I'm sure he's never heard it before and a good joke like that will get conversation flowing in no time.
For a professional athlete, why are you so slow Per?
Rather than ask a question, tell him how adored he is by the fans and to keep up the good work
Or maybe ask how the hell we're going to cope with only 3 CBs
For a player of such limited ability, you must pinch yourself when you see your World Cup winners medal Per?
For a person so slow, how comes you look so classy, keeping quality strikers in your pocket.
I did a similar thing and got to meet Henry in 2007. Didn't ask him anything though.
Just tell Per we love him. I think he may be slightly taken aback if a photographer's assistant comes up to him and started asking him detailed questions about Wenger's plans for the future and the thinking behind the current tactics. Still though, if you have the confidence, by all means do it, just don't forget to report back on here with the inside scoop.
With Germany looking so dodgy at the back, any regrets about retiring from your national team too early?
Tell him to sign up for ja606 too.

Per? were you disappointed that Algeria tore you apart and it resulted in you not getting another start in the World Cup?
I agree with some of the others. We can ask him whatever we like and get a diplomatic answer. Tell him how much we love him and his presence at the club and at least something genuine will have been said.

Boring or what though... ask him something interesting FFS. We see all of the usual cliché shít after every match and on MOTD.
I was abroad recently and our guide said he came on a guided tour she did a few years back. She said he was a nice man so I suspect he will be ok.

Which edition of MotD do you watch where they say they love Merte?!
Wow I would definitely be starstruck into silence if I met Henry.
I'm not usually a photographers assistant just doing this one time to help out my Uncle. He photographed Per last year the week just before he scored v Spurs so I'm hoping for a similar outcome this year.
Think it might just be four of us there. In which case I may ask a few questions. He doesn't have to answer them and when else will I get the chance!
Just buy a Mertesacker shirt and try and get him to sign it, he probably will if you ask nicely and have a sharpie on you, and you've got something genuinely worth a lot of money that you could pass on to family members/hang up etc as a brilliant piece.

Sorry, I mean that his response will be like a post match or motd interview. Get some juicy details out of him!!
Juicy information I probably should have said... unless you really do want his juicy details.

Might want to leave that one for a while... Reus seems to be picking up injury after injury. Might, unfortunately, be a 'Hargreaves'.
