A bit like the Man U club shop and the Shearer shirts? :D
i think though reality check.
50k = 1000 people bought shirts... yeah thats great if just through the door of the club shop but online/global? nothing.
That's day one though mito.
More shirts would have sold in the following weeks as people got paid/a chance to visit a shop
Also don't forget that we are not Madrid there's much less of a fashion for getting named shirts in this country, and those that do generally take an English players name.
Pretty sure I read somewhere that the number of "henderson" shirts has shot up in the past year. Particularly after carra retired.

That's a surprise. Nearly all the ones I see here in Tenerife are on the backs of British and, to a lesser degree, German tourists.
