Be disgusting if he does get off free. The guy is guilty as sin. Him and that Shrein Dewani who had his wife murdered on honeymoon in SA. He's playing the "mental" card now.
He will serve some time I think but doesnt look like it will be murder.
Mr C, I'm 50/50 on Dewani. Very hard to prove but this Pistorius case should have no other outcome other than guilty.

whats his defence again, he thought someone was robbing his shampoo?
"How could the accused have reasonably foreseen the shot he fired would have killed the deceased? Clearly he did not subjectively foresee this, that he would have killed the person behind the door, let alone the deceased," says Judge Masipa.
Surely there is only one reason you are firing a gun at a closed door, and that is to kill whoever is on the other side.
the shot that missed was the peep hole
Pistorius hasnt got a leg to stand on here

If anyone has a bet on this, cash out at Culpable Homicide.
If there were no footprints surely he worked alone.

Haven't followed the case really, but I don't think the norm for the premeditated murder of your spouse is to pump her full of bullets and lack any sort of semi-plausible alibi. Sounds more like something that's done in a fit of blind rage.
Kash a lot of people do it. Grow a beard, let their hair go grey, let your appearance go. There's no conclusive method to actually find out if someone is mental or not. It's pretty much a psychiatrist's assessment/opinion
