Flamini Should Get Out My Club!

I've never understood the mentality of those who criticize players for fulfilling their contract obligations and moving on. As of 2007, NO ONE gave a fack about Flamini and he was seen as mediocre deadwood. Then suddenly, he did an Almunia and had a good '07/08 season, the last year of his contract, and ONLY THEN did the club remember he existed and offered to renew. He refused. It's his right and prerogative. Move the fack on.

Wenger should get out my club!

Inventor: 25 September 2013:

“In Flamini not only do we have a hard-working tough tackling man but also a very vocal personality on the pitch, something that is needed especially in that talented midfield! He covers for our adventurous full-backs very well and earning the MOTM against Stoke for a tough performance shows exactly the difference he has made. If he's able to maintain this form and fitness he will be just as important a signing as Ozil on the pitch, balance is everything in this league and he gives us that. I think him and Diaby (when fit) must always be present in our 11 due to the physical balance they offer.”

Inventor: 15 September 2014:

“Useless headless chicken who I have absolutely no time for.”

“he's a slime ball”

“He disgusts me.”

Somewhat peculiar that 'Inventor' couldn't praise Flamini enough following his return to the club but now is 'disgusted' by him and only holds hate for the player.

Reasonable to conclude that if the OP was genuine in any way, their aversion to the player would have been evidenced this time last year, rather than comparing the transfer as “just as important a signing as Ozil”

The only guy in the squad I don't like and doesn't deserve any sympathy because he's a slime ball. If he was putting in quality performances every week then his terrible past could be overlooked but he's not

I think you just admitted to being a fickle hypocrite..

For an undefeated team in the champions league, fa cup holders and a team boasting so much talent and potential like Sanchez, you lot do an awful lot of moaning and player bashing.

I wonder if the city board is like this despite them only getting a draw too. Hmmm

Coquelin lol!! If you think he is better than Flamini then you clearly haven't seen Coquelin play.

I was overwhelmed with finally having a player that liked to tackle as opposed to our other softies but over time realised he's a pub player and awful.

Like I said was a decent stop gap but after helping us last year we shouldda ditched him like he did us definitely don't think that anymore just shows how crucial a good dm is if I thought Flamini added something last yeat when in reality he suxx

I can accept an argument in relation to criticising a player’s performance; however you openly deride Flamini in view of his departure, and subsequent return to the club, despite having no issue whatsoever with his return at the time.

In reference to his performances last season, Flamini went on to make a number of important contributions last season which you continually fail to recognise as your opinions are so entrenched.

Ridiculing posters is not something I take pleasure in, as it’s not particularly constructive, however in this instance thought it prevalent to highlight the erroneous characteristics and inconsistences surrounding your views.

Your opinions have been demonstrated to be entirely hypocritical.

Think it’s time you moved on.

Why are people slating What would Stuart Pearce do? (U3126) and Bats ?

OP and others said how you compare Henry to Flamini, but the actual reason that been quoted as why you hate Flamini is because he left us. Not because of his playing status.

BOTH Flamini and Henry left, you said it was because Flamini left us you hate him, well so did Henry.......

Now I understand Henry legenary status, no Arsenal fan can deny that but isn't our best player leaving more of a problem and causes more unrest then Flamini ?

I believe last season Flamini did us a job, after we got him the opinion on here was that it was a good return by him, he started well and got stuck in.

I think people are annoyed with Flamini because he is not a YAYA or a Viera....he is just an OK player who is slow.

Hate for an Arsenal player is extreme. You may not like a player but the word 'hate' means something else.

While Flamini wears our shirt he should be supported.

The problem I find on this forum is that everyone seems to dislike our players. Giroud, Flamini, Wilshere, Ozil, Ramsey, Monreal, Cazorla, Podolski, Arteta, Sanogo and even Mertesacker have been slated.

This squad is probably our best team since 2008. If you take the last 6 years we lost players left right and centre, but now we are buying WC players and we rid of the deadwood that have sponged our wage bill.

This season we have many class players, but we still slate them...(I am not saying Flamini is class...)

Unbelievable...

I admit I would jump at a chance for a new DM to play instead of Flamini and Arteta but I would never want a player who gives 100% to us, to get booted out..(maybe dropped to sub bench)

First of all, it ain't your club and second of all your are ignorant and ill informed about Flamini.

o/p the day you own the club is the day I move on.

Its not Flamini's fault that he's not good enough (even AC let him go) same with Sanogo. Wenger is the person you should be pointing the blame at, Flamini doesn't pick himself.

AC Milan let him go in light of their financial restraints as much as anything. That said to get a player of Flamini's experience on a free was a good piece of business.

The failing of the club was not adding to the squad with a better option. Flamini, nonetheless does represent a good option as a squad player.

You will note that this is how AW / D ick Law conducts the majority of our transfers.

Good business

He was a good stop-gap and I was happy with what he brought last year maybe some of that stemmed from desperation as no money was spent other than the record signing that window and I wanted to feel like some sort of improvement was made.

But then you realise the 'quality' you need at this level and discover he was never the solution. He's a disgrace on top of it all

I think your erroneous “disgrace” comments in regard to Flamini have been well and truly exposed on this thread, and you would do well to put them behind you before you endure any further embarrassment.
