Spurs were doing well tactically until we beat them. Their confidence looks shattered since then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To be fair we could quite easily have scored six against Sunderland last week, but gave them two stupid goals. Today though was very very poor.
Arsenal must have found a lucky penny or something. Firstly Villa get a virus, having had a good start to the season then all of Liverpool, United, Everton and Spurs lose with both City and Chelsea dropping points.
yeah....that was a good weekend for the Gunners.
Wish you all a peaceful night.
That Bony foul gets funnier each time. Who roars going into a tackle?
Southampton game midweek could be a tricky affair.

Downing ripped us apart.

You guys finally managed to get a good performance out of Downing 3 years after signing him.

In fairness he had a few good games.
I never understood why we played one of Carroll or Downing and even subbed them on/off for each other on numerous occasions.

What did Clattenburg get wrong apart from the penalty?
..................
The decisions weren't even debateable, if the refs and linesmen did there job De Laet would have been sent off, 1st goal would have been disallowed and a goalkick awarded. That means it would have been 2-0 half time playing against 10 men. Then there next goal rafael fouled yellow card shove then a dive to win pen in 3 seconds the Leicester player did two bookable offences and gets rewarded with a penalty. Rafael never even made a challenge and did as Rio Ferdinand says stay on your feet. The next goal quickly followed. The pen for last goal was embarrassing decision as that player pushed Blackett out the way, it was so frustrating as Blackett was going to clear it back into Leicester half.
That is the flaw of this system, one vs one defending means like Leicester if the Leicester players push the defender out the way= free run one vs one with goalkeeper.
