I would like to know who sanctioned the spending of the money from Bales transfer was it AVB or Levy

this must have been said 100 times on this forum, but for the 101th time, spurs have a transfer committee consisting of various people such as chairman manager director of football etc. no one person is responsible for transfer in and out of the club

Or not, we can just buy a new XI and sack the manager every time we lose.
It has been done to death, they are all international footballers and were the star players at their previous clubs.
It is down to the coach or manager to organise them into a successful team and get the best out of them.
They are not bad players, for eg, if Soldado was playing for Arsenal or Chelsea he would probably be scoring goals for fun with the service they would give him, at Spurs he is feeding off scraps when he gets a game.
They need time. The players, the manager, the group as a whole.. one or two decent experienced pros around the place would help.

Frankly it would not matter, what the £100 million was spent on, they would all end up in the comfort zone at Spurs, and end up playing dog-shiitte. Until a manager comes in and starts picking teams and formations that the majority of supporters pick every day of the week with their eyes closed, then the club is going nowhere. I like Poch, but how the feck can he leave Verts out of the team, and think that Rose, Kaboul and Chiriches is the way forward.
