I'm at the point where Im not blaming managers anymore it's the owners/board that should take the blame now
Ace in his usual mediatory role again.

I am at the point where it is more the players being inadequate rather than the managers.
What worried me last night was the performance of some senior players , Paulinho wondered around lost , Bentaleb completed more passes to forest players than Forrest managed all game.
Fazio was woeful , it just winds me up when the football played a few seasons back was easily the best in the prem.
Bentaleb isn't a senior player
Any answer to my question above?
Early days for Fazio, Bentaleb showed promise at times last year but Paulinho ................. well what can I say, he offers the occasional goal but most of the time he strikes me as an oxygen thief.
Hengy I agree that the board should take some blame , levy hires manager after manager then sacks them.
Something is wrong at Spurs and it needs sorting ASAP .
Don't take it personally Eriksen. There are some very good members who like to argue the toss, some that change their position in a heartbeat, others that go with the flow and some that argue black is white. There are some that also just want to be liked and say what they think will go down well. If you do it long enough you'll see which is which regardless of whom they support. There are a dozen good sports on the Spurs thread, some just seem to take time to accept you.

Very good read lets just hope Poch gets the best out of the squad , last season we never got past 2nd gear IMO , keep this squad together for 2 or more years and I reckon the sky's the limit. He needs time I hope he gets it."
Notice the last line "He needs time I hope he gets it"
Since then you've wrote two articles suggesting he's under pressure and numerous comment stating he's not the right man and suggesting Pulis should take over!
So my question to you is why are you not giving him time now like you suggested then?

I'm still waiting for an answer to the above
I would have been happy with Pulis if we had not got Poch. I read a lot about the good things he did with Palace ( work ethic etc). The problem is whichever manager we got the results would have been the same because our squad is not good enough. We have no pace with our first teamers and play too slowly. It's not the managers fault. The players are just not the type that we need. Hopefully Poch starts to get his type of players in during the next 2 windows, then we'll see. Levy and Baldini have to take the blame.

Hengy its only IMO I do think his under pressure but my arrival did say if we lost would he be under pressure.
I think the squad we have has great potential how ever after some of the performances this season Poch has not filled me with any confidence.
As I've said many times I hope he proves me wrong , levy has an itchy trigger finger.
With regard to Pulis I happen to rate him as a manager , I doubt very much he would ever be our manager anyway.
I respect the job he did whilst at stoke and palace and I think he would do a good job with us that's all.
I did answer the question you asked earlier

Well that's the thing Poch shouldn't be under pressure at any stage this season!
He proved with southampton what a great coach he is and now we need to afford him time to do the same here!
Our squad is bang average and bar eriksen & lloris Id doubt any would get in the top for four teams!
We need to replace these average players with better ones while also bringing youth players through!
Give Poch time and he'll succeed, get on his back and we will keep treading water like we have for the last 2 years!!

Hengy fair comment , let's just hope it's sooner than later.
As a time frame you'd say he needs another two/three transfer windows to get in and out the players with out having a negative impact on the team spirit!
