And BTW, Ade put in a double shift in both defense, midfield and attack. They double teamed him, sometimes triple whenever he had the ball in their half.
Whenver a player is double-teamed, then someone else is free. It IS an advantage if it is used. Our passing was so bad that Arsenal were let off from doubling up on ADE countless times.
I thought once Arsenal scored Spurs would capitulate. They showed a lot of fight to hold on for the draw. Credit where it's due. It was very unlike Spurs.
The only starting player in this Spurs side who did not perform well was Erikson.

Chadli was free becuase thery were doubling on ADE off on the left side.

They were. Naughton has always been decent at right back. Left back where he spent so much of last season he is poor.

Sections of the media have massively overrated Arsenal and they don't really look all that much better than us in key positions. Ozil is absolutely woeful and I would still rather have a struggling Lamela.

About 80% of the game was played in our half.
And yet we came close to winning.

As for for the game today, if our idiot of a manager had a clue about football, he wouldn't have altered the team selection and tactics from the Villa game and would not have kept our most likely source of scoring a goal at the moment (Sanchez) on the bench.
I'm sorry. But we should have won that game relatively easily. Apart from Lloris and Kaboul, not a single player impressed me from your side. You really didn't play well. At all. It was more our own mistakes rather than your performance which led to you getting gifted an undeserved draw.

I didn't like the selection, but the players we had out should have been able to do the job. After equalizing, we had a lot of time to find the winner, but it was probably our sloppiest period of the game. We didn't create enough to win. Just a poor day generally.
