Twickenham would adore Jose's football.
But can he get his team to score tries?

Nice
Where would you prefer to move if you have to temporarily switch homes in a few years time?
Wemberlee. Its been good to us
Only seen the story about a move but how long would a potential move be? Just looking at how it might affect England's rugby calendar.
How often is Twickers in operation yearly ?

RFU dont need the money but what a waste of land
Main three months of use would be November for the Autumn Internationals then in February and March during the Six Nations. Be interesting to see how they'd juggle things around should a football team wish to play there during those months.
Probably 6 England games (similar to Wembley), a couple of 2 day 7's tournaments, Premiership Final, Inter services games, Oxford-Cambridge, Junior Cup Final (Whatever that is called these days), London Double Header, a Christmas game for Quins + some corporate Hospitality games. Probably used a lot more than Wembley. Maybe the equivalent of 20 or so games a year, plus the Heineken Final if played there.
But you've got FA and league cup final, charity shield, all the playoffs, the NFL (3+ games), couple big woman's and youth football games, champs league or Europa league final plus I believe more concerts (on my own experience). So I'm not sure there is much difference in usage tbh.
Chelsea must be trolling since they know Rugby Union won't budge for anyone. They have enough cash from the more-dosh-than-sense hoorays.
