Sturridge has been out for a couple now

Wow, what the hell was wrong with your maths teacher at school? I assume you are still at school then if you can't grasp counting

Since the last international break Sturridge has been injured, we have played 7 matches in that period. Not all of our teams are out of every competition apart from the premier league.

You bought 2 strikers in the summer. Sturridge's injury shouldn't be that big of a blow, should it?

United had all of their first team defenders out injured, except one who was a new signing.

It doesn't matter which team has had more injuries.

The fact is, Liverpool have had several injuries, and Isle of W(anc) can't get this through his thick head, despite being pointed to all the injuries.

It doesn't excuse our relatively poor start, the same as your injuries don't excuse your relatively poor start.

You have had more injuries than us, but its not our fault that your board and manager saw fit to leave your squad with no depth in defence.

Not when the strikers they signed are Balotelli and Lambert.

Exactly, United bought so many players themselves they should be perfectly prepared to deal with injuries. United bought how many defenders, Rojo Blind Shaw, any others?

We didn't sign Blind until deadline day, and Shaw was injured on the pre-season tour.

Rojo has been our only fully fit defender.

People making out that Ozil injury is the end of the world. For once we have a big squad (attacking wise), so I'm not too concerned. Rosicky and Pod have hardly had a sniff this season and not to mention Theo is back. Cazorla can play his best position now also.

Arteta-Wilshere
Walcott-Santi-Alexis
Welbeck

Ox, Pod, Rosicky, Campbell

Why are Liverpool fans so angry? (not you greatteams)

And Rojo didn't have a work permit so couldn't play right away.

Arsenal and injuries go together like Horse and Carriage..

never know a team to have the injuries we have and for the lengths of time we have them.... literally baffling

I think virtually every single game so far this season has produced an injury after it!

at this rate we will have Wenger on the wing and Bould in goal. Still, in January we will all be happy that Kim Kallstrom returns to keep them all company

just dont play cards with Diaby - he has had lots of practice and will rinse you....

Because your board and manager didn't adequately strengthen your defence. You haven't had THAT many defenders out in terms of numbers, you just don't have that many.

Its reminiscent of us in Rodgers first season with our strikers when we only had about 2 plus kids. We couldn't really moan about injuries if the 2 got injured. We made our bed.

I don't think any number of injuries to a defence could be blamed for conceding 5 goals to Leicester City either.

Yes we have. We've had 4 CBs out at a single time already.

In about one game. That hasn't been the norm.

I think it was only one game. But our injuries at the back have been worse than anyone in the league this season. Why do you think Blackett and McNair have been regulars at CB recently?

What a dumb comment to make

We only have ourselves to blame for the current defensive injuries we have, IMO.

How we decided to go into the season with the injury prone players we have is beyond me, and someone should be getting questioned.

Not as dumb as your 'Sturridge has been Liverpools only injury' comment

Game 1 - Smalling & Jones started
Game 2 - Smalling & Jones started, Smalling was subbed off
Game 3 - Evans started against MK
Game 4 - Evans & Jones started
Game 5 - Rojo & Evans started
Game 6 - Rojo & Evans started, Smalling came on as sub
Game 7 - Rojo started
Game 8 - Rojo started

So actually, if Jones, Smalling, Rojo and Evans are your 4 first team centre halves, which I assume they are, they haven't all been missing in any game at all.

Greatteams don't side with that clown. You were actually having a reasonably discussion until then
