I don't mean to be judgemental or anything, but you really need to re-assess your life if you need to ask advice on which computer game you should play.

Final Fantasy XIII was a really good game. Lost several weeks of my life to that game

I've got the new Borderlands pre-installed on Steam, so I should be able to start playing that soon!

Conclusion - give up on Skyrim, buy the new Borderlands and blow some shít up.

Skyrim on pc - mod it to sh iz and start playing. On console save it for a rainy day, great game. Evil within looks good, was waiting for some reviews. Wasn't a fan of lbp tbh.

Borderlands is an amazing game

Seen some good reviews for Shadow of Mordor, so I might pick that up next month - only just finished GTA!

Ive got shadow of mordor, 45% through it. Bit like assassins creed, the fighting is good, pretty repetitive otherwise. Seems short.

Does it follow much of the LotR story line? I bought LotR Conquest a couple of years ago and it was one of the worst things I've played!

That said, The Third Age was pretty good for its time.

No it doesnt at all, completely new storyline.

Fair enough, worth the £30? Would probably get it for PC as I try to phase my xbox out.

Evil within looks decent! A mate said its similar to Resi 4 and that was the last one that I liked of the Resi games although preferred 1 and 2 the best.

Buy it and complete it in a week then send it back jay

Evil within looks decent. Alien isolation is terrifying, game has taken yeas off my life, very polished, worth a look if you are not some call of duty obsessive that needs guns at all times.

Just completed it, thought it was pretty good. Far more fun that any of the last 3 or 4 AC games.

Will never understand why games like this come without a difficulty setting though. Was way too easy.

Sleeping Dogs is brilliant. Good story and the fight mechanics are incredible. One of my all time favourites.

Most games are now If you're not playing a game on the hardest difficulty, you're doing it wrong.

Agreed, and its short.

Died so many times by trying to take on 2/3 bosses at a time and an archer gets the kill

Yep, pretty much all the main storyline missions were really easy. Suspect they spent the majority of their timeline building the environment, building the nemesis system and then the missions were probably a rush job

Skyrim is good. Borderlands is amazing (take that up 2 notches playing it co-op).

Simon, just curious, do you have a list of mods I should try with Skyrim?
