We had the same thing on talksport last night with the appalling Darren Gough who said City's away form lets them down. Four away games so far this season, 3 wins, one draw (against Arsenal when we hit the woodwork twice in the dying minutes and had one narrowly offside ruled out)
The bookie is playing mind games methinks..
This sort of thing really annoys me.

I am not sure who does the researching for these guys, but whoever it is doesn`t seem to know a lot. It is so easy for pundits, broadcasters to say something on TV or Radio as if it is some kind of fact, when in truth it is a straightforward lie. Trouble is, a lot of listeners, viewers hear it as the truth, when it is anything but.

so true. An ex cricketer comes out with innacurate bollox and everyone thinks its fact
Never take any notice of what any bookie tells you, or anybody who appears on Talksheet for that matter
Spurs are better away from home, we bottle it at WHL time and time again
I never get any positive vibes about Spurs through the wire. Even today listening to XFM they run that BT sport advert with Ian Darke giving me a kick every half hour. What was his name?...Kompany. 5-0? Give it a rest.
Spurs are seen as an easy touch by the media. The same media would never rubbish Liverpool like they do Spurs.

So true, Liverpool are the media`s darlings and a positive spin is placed on them no matter what.
For Spurs, who have finished above Liverpool in 4 of the last 5 seasons, it is the exact opposite.
I've been all over the country watching us and we used to be piff poor up north but as you said we've been decent in the last few seasons apart from a few hidings at city and Liverpool.
I'm surprised gough or the shock jock that is Adrian Durham have taken there tongues out of kp's bottom.
As we speak a certain radio station are creaming themselves over Brendan Rodgers. You have to laugh.
