No idea, he not even on the bench

I heard that he had a massive bust up in the dressing room with Martinez, it must have been one hell of a show.

Not sure. But Alcaraz was good today which will upset the boo boys

Alcarez was ok today against a poor villa. I would still rather not have him in the first 11. Suppose if we don't have anyone else, a case of fingers crossed

Alcaraz did well, but Villa's strikers hardly tested us,that may be down to Jags and Alcaraz, but Benteke and Agbonlaho looked average at best today.

Well his positioning and distribution must have been good due to a poor opposition.
Surely Osman and Barkley were just okay today then

The one thing I have always though good of alcarez is his passing and good on the ball, just to slow injury prone and not brave enough imo. Osman was ok so was barkley. Barkley does seem to make the team tick he has good fast feet. Glad he is back and should continue to improve as he gets fitter.

Still not sure where this dislike of Alcaraz comes from for certain posters.

But I have never really been overly critical of our players, just like Naismith before him he will soon be a fans favourite

If your talking about me and my dislike of alceraz, then it stems from me not thinking he is good enough to play for Everton. I must admit I was wrong about Naismith but I think that has a lot to do with the way moyes played him.

Naismith played where he did for moyes today, he didn't revert to his first set of games for the club

So do you think there has been a difference in performance from Naismith under the 2 managers he has had since at Everton?

It is all down to confidence IMO. Maybe he never thought he was good enough under Moyes, that he had made a step too far.

Last season after it was revealed Martinez rejected a bid for him, that he saw him as a key player he grew in confidence. It's only from the second hal of last season he played more games through the middle.

Osman played well, but he lost Hutton twice, and he nearly scored on one of them occasions. Osman is more effective coming off the bench, but he had decent game today.

You could be right and for what ever reason I am glad he has improved
