You have to ask though, irrespective of whether decisions were correct or not:
Why do we have such terrible disciplinary records in these games?!
When I say discipline I refer to penalties as well as red cards.
Arsenal in 12/13
Chelsea last season
Liverpool last season and this
City last season and this
Frankly it's unacceptable. We give ourselves even less of a chance at getting a result by our indiscipline. A positive result was possible today and we let ourselves down again
Someone at spurs needs to sort this out!

Most of those sending off`s, the red cards were rescinded, as will the Fazio one in all probability. Spurs cannot help it if the ref`s keep getting decisions wrong.
We've conceded six penalties in two games against City, one against Chelsea and one against Liverpool.
We've also had three sent off in those games.
You could say we've been unlucky, but we've stupidly given the refs decisions to make in those games.
Sandy
I did acknowledge some of the decisions are poor.
The cards being rescinded is no use to is now, the game and the points are lost
My point is that we have to stop giving referees an excuse to give soft pens and soft red cards. There seems to be a lack of common sense in our defenders in these games
If a player is running though on goal, sometimes it's better to let him shoot and hope he misses than to bring him down, which results in a red card and another chance to score
Apologies for the typos, I'm on my phone
I'm with palmers here sandy. Yes we were good today and yes the ref once again ruined the game for us ( what's new) but why do Spurs push the self destruct button time and time again. We are so poor in defence its a comical joke. Every game I watch spurs I see us gifting the opposition chances and this has been the same for a number of years now. We are a f. Ucking joke in defence and I blame a lot of it on levy. If he would actually go out and buy the players we originally go for like musacchio and Schneiderlin instead of 2nd choice guys then we might have a decent chance of doing something special but levy never takes the plunge. Same old shi. It with this Spurs team.

I agree, the Kaboul tackle and Fazio tugging at Aguero were both needless fouls to give away in the penalty box, so no complaints about the penalties, it is just the soft sending offs the refs keep giving against Spurs, and they nearly always get rescinded the following week, which means the ref has fecccked up, but it don`t helps Spurs. A few things going Spurs away would not go amiss.
Just seen Chelsea reduced to 10 men, and guess what the ref then reduces Palace to 10 men 2 minutes later. Just noticed too that the Hull Goalie has got injured and had to go off, so now Arsenal are playing against 3rd choice goalie. Why cannot Spurs just get one or two things going their way for a change. It is so frustrating.
Yeh mate I thought exactly the same thing. Only Chelsea can get that sort of luck where they get a player sent off and the opposition get sent off 4 minutes later. These sort of sides are so lucky and united when they were good had exactly the same luck.
