Sterling has still been good.. hes increased his scoring and assist rate..
What is Neymar's recent form?
Neymar is certainly world class.
40 international goals in one of the poorest Brazilian sides of the past 40 years is nothing short of remarkable.
He has just started to get an understanding with Messi and if Suarez can build a partnership with those two we may well be about to witness the greatest front of all time.
The best of Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay all working in perfect harmony.
I'm getting wet just thinking about it.
8 goals and 1 assist in 5 starts and 2 subs
But you can't deny the impact Suarez had in creating scoring opportunities for the likes of Sturridge, Henderson and Sterling!
He occupied at least 2 or 3 defenders while making the right decision in the final third allowing you to go on that marvelous run at the end of last season.
That's why you miss him a lot this season and your players appear to have less time on the ball.
We had those kind of players in the invincible era! Players like Viera, Henry and even Cole were virtually 2 players in one! It gave us an unfair advantage hence it was easy to destroy teams.
Suarez will improve there attack but Barcas defensive record this season unnoticed. Theyre still yet to concede a league goal this season
Neymar has been on top form this season for both club and country. I have him winning ballon d'Or next year I think it's time someone will break the messi Ronaldo duopoly.
Messi also looks fantastic, he's role is more as a no 10 now so expect Suarez and Neymar to be hitting a lot of goals.
Oh you misunderstood me, we are obviously better with suarez, but sterling hasnt got worse now hes gone

And everyone laughed at them for buying that old defender :/
It is actually interesting that although Messi is 2 years younger than ronaldo he has lost his dynamism much faster hence the need for him to drop into a deeper role.
At the World Cup you could clearly see that he simply didn't have the burst of speed to go beyond more than 2 players esp close to the half way line.
What he still does well is retain possession and pass well! Enrique has made the right decision withdrawing him and he will prove to be more dangerous from deep!
The last 2 seasons of him being Barca's focal point and only goal threat absolutely shattered him!
If Suarez and Neymar bang them in with Messi operating from Deep Barca could start destroying teams again.
"There is definitely a telepathic understanding between him and Messi"
A very bold statement. Particularly as if it were true, surely they wouldn't need to "seem to look for each other".

I said this would happen in the summer, and all the scousers just responded with "even without his goals and assists we still scored 70+ league goals so if our defense improves we'll be fine"
It was pretty obvious Suarez was the key component in their entire attack last season. Without him they just look like players without a purpose half the time
Neymar could become the all time international top scorer at this rate.
Shh don't tell them Isle, they still think they can be as good.

Maybe depends what happens when sturridge is fit, will improve avit, our defence has got worse though, cant believe we payed 20mil for lovren LAL
Love him or hate him Suarez is undoubtedly in the elite world class. If that barca front 3 clicks, it will be frightening.
And everyone laughed at them for buying that old defender :/

I don't know if it's a result of influence by our tabloids or stupid shows like talk sport but Brits seem to have an opinion on how clubs should be run and what other football teams should do yet we consistently fall behind the other top teams in Europe!
Perez was laughed at for selling ozil last season, same thing with di maria this season. Barca were also attached for not buying world class center backs and making a luxury purchase like Suarez yet time and time again the same teams will blitz our best teams like city was humbled against Barca last season.
We don't rate the likes of mascherano but in their system he seems to do a damn good job.
Some of these top european clubs appear to be ahead of the other clubs setup wise and transfer wise but you will always get a few Brit fans trying to sound clever as to how they should run their clubs.
Who doesn't rate Mascherano ?
Barc's defesive record is a fraud. Anyone who has ACTUALLY watched them beyond the stats knows how dodgy their backline is. So many teams they've met have been very wasteful with clear-cut chances and PSG exposed them horribly in the CL.
Macherano is a beast DM. It.just that barca played.him at CB and people forgot how good he really was until the WC.
Mascherano is hugely wasted at CB. Not that he's bad there or anything, but he's a top 5 DM in the world
