Chris Erskine is the new name popping up today as the attacker who fled.

Is it just a full team of thugs you have?

Is it any wonder that young Ryan Gauld left that dump, he's only a lad and he will have seen the writing on the wall, stay at DU, get into boozing and fighting and watch a potential top career go down the drain like a Celtic players blood on Ashton Lane.

More rumours and conjecture.

I only deal in facts.

Paul Paton has been ruled out of Saturdays clash due to a lack of ability

I'd like it all cleared up asap too to be honest.

If Paton is to be charged then charge him. If not let's move on.

On NNH's Erskine rumour, that's the kind of lazy rumour that was inevitable. People came up with the Fojut rumour because of tweets after the Legia game that was clearly just friendly banter. The Erskine rumour will simply be because Paton and Erskine are mates and car share to training. There'll be no substance behind it whatsoever, and that's been the problem with this whole thing - folk have just been widely speculating when the reality is only a couple of people know what this whole thing was about.

United have confirmed that Paton and Wilson won't be considered for the Inverness game.

Wilson is no loss as he won't have played anyway, but Paton will be given the type of game I'd expect it to be.

See I' I'm being totally honest, the only reason I've took much an interest in this is because it's Dundee United and because of Ivan

If it was a Hamilton player I'd never have mentioned it

You should see the frothing on twitter from some sections of the Celtic support man.

The fandan from Scotzine is apoplectic that some parts of the media are trivialising it (not that they are, they're just not demanding immediate beheadings of the accussed) and other kants are trying to bring in the fact that Zaluska is a catholic (although I've no idea if he is or not).

Paton has been given all kinds of threats too. As did Fojut. As did Imrie.

Twitter is full of Grade A t1t5 Ivan, we all know that.

Zaluska is a catholic though but I don't think it's anything to do with that.

It will be interesting to see what comes out

I just find it ironic that certain individuals, like that phanny from Scotzine, seems to want to gloss over the 'why' rather than establishing the full facts of what happened. They seem to view it in a very black and white view of someone was punched, someone should be hung for it.

The irony being that if this had been a Scottish born ROI international attacking a Rangers player, they'd probably be the first to ask the circumstances and at the very least insinuate that there was some kind of sectarian, anti-catholic/ROI sentiment that provoked the attack.
