Professional foul deserves a red card imo. Mainly because the rule is there for all to see. If you lunge in and deny a goal scoring opportunity or make a foul challenge that denies a goal scoring opportunity in any way then you deserve to go. I don't see why you shouldn't. There's no point feeling sorry for players and rewriting rules, because the players who commit professional fouls are aware of the current rules and deserve to go when they break them

Grabbing opponents in the box:

Unacceptable but needs to be treated that way every single time. Consistency is the key

Unacceptable: Swapping shirts at half time

Acceptable: Having a laugh and giggle with an opposition player during the game when you're 3-0 down.

TBH I get more annoyed at the stuff that goes on at corners than diving. Although obviously both are problems football seems to turn into American football when there is a corner, its just insane!

For me professional fouls are fine, grabbing shirts it happens in every game and its gone on for years, going down under contact for me it depends on how much afterall its a contact sport. Diving!!!!!! So no more

Acceptable - good sportsmanship

Unacceptable - making players eat hand grenades, which in my view, would be terrible

I don't like players going down when its shoulder to shoulder though and they've just purely been bullied off the ball. I think you should be able to hit the opposition player as hard as you fecking well want aslong as its shoulder to shoulder

Completely agree. I can't stand those players that go down under no challenge just because of a little shoulder to shoulder contact. I understand that tackles coming in can trip you up in full flight, but your legs should never fold under you because of a body shove. They're so easy for refs to spot as well.

Vardy against us
----------------------------------------------------------------------
for crying out loud man.....Get over it - Vardy draws the fouls (most of the time) and players fall for it - Their fault, yes he's looking for it, but all the player has to do is not commit the foul

That makes it ok then

It's still a dive Danger Fox. And a few bookings for it and he might be forced to rely on his very limited footballing talent. Fir the pen against United he didn't even draw a foul, he initiated the very slight contact. If anything he committed any (nonexistant) foul that was there

Watch Kun Aguero play football, he's the best player in the league and the most honest, nobody has a bad word to say about him, he doesn't get hard done by on decisions
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He doesnt get hard done by decisions because he is Kun Aguero, Situations become much different when it comes to Flamini. If it was Aguero against diame instead of Flamini, The decision is more likely to go in Aguero's favour.

That is one of my major gripes with refs, they consider player's reputation as a factor when making decisions. football will be much better off the day we replace refs with some AI robots

Something has to be done about diving though. It has come to a point where diving defines football. I was at USA few months ago, when ever 'soccer' becomes a topic of discussion diving is one of the first things to get mentioned.

Its gross negligence on the part of FIFA and other governing bodys to allow diving to become such a big part of football
