Did someone say puppet manager?
Would be a huge risk getting someone like him in. But could work great, however your left with the problem of no big name players wanting to play for him, as no one really knows him. Maybe his time at madrid could help that.
anyway, its probably made up. But I can imagine the board employing someone in the mourinho style. They'll probably as someone said, get someone who will do as their told. It might be unfounded, but i some who don't think the board will get the replacement for wenger right.
Also i'd rather see paul clement as England manager. Really need someone younger and new with fresh idea. he might be the man for the job. Although I do admit to not knowing much about him.
Wenger's control over the team/transfers etc will continue long after he is no longer manager, based on the boards words.

I would like to see him manage in the PL before getting the Arsenal job... it feels like a risk too far...
I think with the current set up and finances the club are crying out for one of the big names to join (Ancellotti, Pep, Klopp...etc etc)
Should there not be a 606 ban on articles quoting the Metro, and furthermore articles published by their anonymous and free from accountability “Metro Sport Reporter” ??

I think its a bit silly to say he might not be able to get big name players in because no one really knows him. Sure no one knows him as a number one but he has worked with names much bigger than anyone at Arsenal's squad at the moment and is apparently very well liked and respected by the players at Madrid

I would be highly skeptical of any article emanating from The Sun, Star or comparable tabloid.
There is absolutely no way AW will have sourced (or considered) a successor so soon after signing a new contract, and at this time of the season – regardless of what the Metro, Star or Sun report.
It’s also worth noting that the story is entirely without substance or accountability.
What would Stuart Pearce do?
I know but i just like reading stuff about AW going
Wenger wasn't a big name when he joined

Probably best sticking to 606 then as articles a plenty.
Deja Vu.
Copying Deen of all people
Hes likely got Deen filtered
Filtering someone then copying their articles? Disgrace.
Why would someone filter Deen?
Because they're internet bullies
Wenger had won titles and managed in the CL though
Big difference between "unknown French title winning and CL semi finalist" Arsene Wenger and a man who has never managed before and not long ago was Chelsea's boot cleaner or something similar.
